Riding products and equipment can break under stress, EQUINE DESIGN/ BAROQUE HORSE STORE; will not be held accountable, financial or otherwise for any use, breakage either foreseen or unforeseen, that results in, damage, injury, or death to human or animal. By purchasing our items you are agreeing to accept any and all risk associated with the use of any and all purchased items

GUARANTEES : I offer no guarantee. These items are mostly manufactured in other countries. Horse equipment is supposed to break under extreme stress for safety reasons. If an item is determined to be broken due to faulty manufacturing, within 30 days, please send item to BHS, or clear photographs of the fault, and explain the conditions in which the break happened. We will offer a discount voucher towards a future purchase.

REFUNDS/ RETURNS : Any item may be returned in unused condition within 10 business days of the item(s) Arriving at your mailbox (postal delivery date) for a full refund or exchange.

All items MUST BE RETURNED by USPS priority, Insured mail, FED EX or UPS Insured and accompanied by a BHS RETURN FORM
Items returned dirty, damaged, or returned after the 10 days WILL be subject to a 10-50 % restocking /cleaning fee, or may not be eligible for a refund at all. If you are planning on returning item and you are close the to 10 day deadline please call me and let me know you would like to return or exchange an item.. All items should be placed inside a bag to keep them clean and dry and packed correctly.

NOT RETURNABLE ITEMS: BROKEN ITEMS FROM INCORRECT USE, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, SADDLES, USED/CONSIGNMENT ITEMS,, BOOKS, DVD's, BITS THAT HAVE BEEN IN A HORSES MOUTH & SHOW TEETH MARKS, LEATHER CLEANER, BATH AND BEAUTY ITEMS THAT ARE LIQUID OR POWDER. .

TAGGED ITEMS: RETURNS MUST HAVE ANY AND ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. REMOVING TAG, OR TAMPERING WITH TAG, WILL VOID YOUR RETURN.

EXCHANGES:
Items may be returned for an exchange, they must be in UNUSED condition and exchanged within 10 business days of receiving.
ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE ACCOMPINIED BY A RETURN FORM.

Items returned AFTER the 10 days, Dirty, Used, or Damaged,
may not qualify for a refund or will be subjected to a 10-50% restocking fee * ( * to be determined by the shop owner)
